Dear big uncle 
Thank you for everything you have done for the family.  You were the pillar and foundation for contributing to the success of many of us. 
I am extremely grateful for the time you provided me with access to your appraisal company to prepare my chiropractic board exams while I needed a  place.  Because of you I am able to get to where I am today. 
We wish you a safe journey and we will miss you dearly.

  I am still lost for words as everything just happened so fast.  Your physical presence  may not be here, but you’ll always on our minds. It's been so long, but even until now, I still vividly remember the indescribable emotion when I saw you, Danny and big aunt showed up in Canada to pick me up.  I am grateful for everything you’ve done for me.  We love you, respect you and will always miss you.

Big Uncle,
You were our patriarch. The trailblazer of the family. As the first to come to America, you inspired your siblings to follow. And when they came, you gave them and their families comfort and support. Thank you.
  
You were a giant of a man, with a personality and presence that could be felt in any room you entered. As a kid, when I heard your commanding voice, I stood at attention,…even when you were talking to another person…in another room.

You were a man’s man. No one was a bigger sports fan than you. Growing up, that was what made you relatable to me. It was a common ground you had with the boys in the family. And boy, did you love football. 

I will treasure the countless weekends we spent playing tennis. Just when I thought you had enough of my power forehand, you wanted more. And just when I had enough, you still wanted more. 

You were unflappable. In good times and bad, I always saw you standing tall and full of pride. Whatever life threw at you, whatever challenges you faced, I never saw you down, I never saw you out. That is what I will teach my son. Thank you.
