Kay was married to Edwin Ostrowski for 53 years until his passing in 2005. She was a 1951 graduate of Dunmore High School, and 1952 graduate of Lackawanna Business College. She was a loving mother to five children with her eldest son preceding her in death. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Kay enjoyed her final years in Abington Meadows with great neighbors and all their pups. She loved the little birds that flocked to her feeders.
The family would like to thank all Kay's care givers, and nurses at Geisinger and Elan Skilled Nursing Center.
