Retired pastor Dr. Dennis Reedy, aged 81, went to be with the Lord, June 28, 2025. Dennis was born in West Milton. Dennis attended seminary at United Seminary and earned his D.Min. from Christian Higher Education and Religious Studies. Over the course of his life, he served multiple congregations as a U.M. pastor and held office on several boards with various community groups. He was recognized through the UMC for promoting Ecumenical involvement. In retirement, he was an active member of the Gospel Tabernacle Assembly of God. Dennis is survived by his loving wife, sister, children, and grandchildren. Dennis was an organ donor. A private celebration of life service is planned for close family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Carter Foundation or Global Teen Challenge.
