Richard Vincent JAGO
September 20, 1957 – January 30, 2021
Richard Vincent Jago, 63, of Hanover, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021, at Hershey Medical Center. Born September 20, 1957, in Hanover, he was a son of Janet Marie (Lemmon) Jago and the late Joseph E. Jago.
Richard graduated from Littlestown High School. He later attended and graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute as a certified Auto Mechanic. He worked several years for Cross Keys Motor and was employed recently by Clark Shoes of Hanover.
Richard loved motorcycles, especially Harley Davidsons, watching NASCAR Races, and music. He spent time at McSherrystown Moose and the Home Association. He enjoyed spending time with his family when they visited from MA, TX, SC and Estonia.
In addition to his mother Janet, he is survived by his siblings, Tamara A. Jago, Andre J. Jago, Jeanine M. Jago and husband James Snyder, Mark A. Jago and wife Bonnie, and Jason M. Jago and wife Kimberly; his aunt, Mary L. Krenzer; and many nieces; nephews; and cousins, including Scott.
He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Hazel V. Clapsaddle Ferguson; paternal grandparents, William and Florence Jago; and a nephew, Joseph Edward Little. Services will be at a later date.
