My family and I are very honored to have known and been friends with this very special lady. She and Dale were both wonderful folks who have a great family. May they both Rest In Peace now that they are once again reunited

I'm forever grateful that I had the pleasure of meeting this lady. Mrs Milligan and husband raised a fine family that I'm sure made them very proud of. With their religious backward they are waiting to see and be with their family again in God's loving paradise.
