We knew Jagat and Angad from Calvary Independent Baptist Church when we lived in PA. Our thoughts and prayers go to his family. “The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.“ - Psalm 34:18

I remember when they started coming to school. I was really excited to make new friends, and probably embarrassed myself in the excitement. I remember how Jaget loved to make people laugh and always got Mr. Yates to loose his track on teaching. He will be missed you were taken to soon.

I am so deeply saddened by the loss of Jagat's life. I rode the bus to and from school with Jagat and Angad for many years. Jagat always sat in the back of the bus, making jokes. He loved to make us all laugh. Whenever we had class together, he was always careful to instigate trouble (the good kind), with some silly prank....just to get people to get some attention and giggles. My prayers go out to those who are hurting during this time. I know one day I will see Jagat again, and I am sure he will be greeting us all with a bright smile and a sly laugh.

I have many fond memories of Jagat from school. I’ll always remember meeting you in 7th grade and thinking FINALLY someone interesting! From passing notes in middle school to texts when we got our first cellphones. From surviving the awkward years to graduation and becoming adults. I’ll never forget the last time I saw you in person, we were so happy to see each other because it had been so long. We ditched the people we came with and hung out with each other instead. At the end of the night I had to convince my friends that we actually know each other because they thought you were a random 🤣. I know I’ll see you again someday and for that I am thankful! Prayers for your family in this difficult time.
