Eileen spent 30+ years working in real estate in Collegeville, Pa where her dedication, organization, and no-nonsense charm left an impression. Her most significant role was raising five children. A job she took on with strength, humor, and deep devotion. She was the calm in the storm, the steady presence you could always count on; with her trademark insightful advice of “It’ll be fine” and “Knock it OFF.”
She loved her privacy, valued her independence, and was a woman of few words however, when she spoke, it mattered.
Eileen had a competitive streak and a love of games. Her love of the beach was undeniable, her favorite being Sea Isle City, NJ. Give her sand between the toes, a good book, iced tea, or a glass of wine, and she was happy. She never missed a family event, and if there was something free involved, she was all in: “If it’s free, it’s for me.”
Eileen had style all her own, a love of red, novels and Judge Judy. She was thoughtful, funny, fiercely loyal, and always there, no matter what. Each of us knew how much we could count on her: for advice, a babysitter/dogsitter, or a pep talk to remind us how strong and independent we are. She was our quiet rock. The one who showed up, held steady, and loved us exactly as we needed. She is incredibly missed already.
Eileen is predeceased by her parents, Charles and Anne (née Bradley) Kunz, siblings, Charles, Michael, Anne Marie, and husband Mark Beaty.
She leaves behind her best friend and partner, Ed Miller; her five children: Suzanne Phillips (Tom), Renee Solomon (Kris), Ryan Beaty (Kristie), Eric Beaty (Kim), and Donna Beaty (John); her beloved grandchildren: Kiersten (Kaci), Lauren, Tricia, Devyn, Jocelyn, Tommy, Ally, Gabby, Daniel, Karalyn, Holand, Layne and a great grandchild Rylee. She is also survived by her siblings: Gerard Kunz (Lynn), Danny Kunz (Lois), Raymond Kunz, Rosemary Graves, and Loretta Parson (Ty) — along with many others who love her deeply and will miss her always.
A celebration of life event will be on April 27th 2pm-6pm at the Orioles club in Boyertown PA, 100 N. Washington St. Bring your stories, your laughter and bright colors and join us for food and drinks in honoring and thanking Eileen.
