Judith Ann Vinci of Pittsburgh died on September 30, 2024. Known as Jude or Judy to her loved ones she had many roles in her life including mother, wife, sister, daughter, widow, friend, nurse, aunt, cousin, breast cancer survivor, and mentor.
Judy was born on December 21, 1948 to Harold and Margaret Hoback. She was the oldest of five children—Richard (d 2020), Linda, Christine, and Stephen. She was predeceased by her husband Carlo M Vinci, Jr. She leaves behind two daughters, Joy and Tina, their spouses, and 8 beloved grandchildren (Michael, Isabella, Christian, Evangeline, David, Isaac, Anastasia, and Elijah). In addition, Judy leaves behind an amazing sister-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many beloved friends.
Memorial services will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Family Hospice, 700 Bower Hill Road, Suite 1405, Pittsburgh, PA 15243.
