Patricia A. Wilhide

Patrica A. Wilhide, 87, of Spring Grove fell asleep in death on November 17, 2023. Born on November 7, 1936 in York, PA, she was the daughter of Howard and Freda Myers. She was the youngest of three girls. She is survived by both of her sisters, Audrey Kovalchick and Margaret Fissel. Raised in York, Pat was a 1954 graduate of William Penn High School.

Pat was the loving wife of the late Ronald W. Wilhide for 45 years. They had three children, R. Scott Wilhide (deceased), Dianne Borden, and Nicole Genovese (husband Micheal) and a daughter-in-law Lori Sterner. Pat had five grandchildren she loved very much; Joshua Borden, Ashley Morrison, Jordan Wilhide, Cyera Genovese, and Haley Genovese. She also had a great grandchild, Connor Wilhide and one expected in April.

Pat was an active member of the Spring Grove Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses and was baptized since 1954. She had a strong faith in Jesus words that soon God’s Kingdom would come on earth as it is in heaven, and looked forward to helping restore the earth to paradise as Jehovah God originally purposed.

Pat loved spending time with her family and friends and always loved to help people. She also had a great sense of humor.

A memorial service will be held on December 3rd at 4:00 pm at the Spring Grove Kingdom Hall located at 1595 Jefferson Road, Spring Grove, PA. A zoom connection will be available upon request.
